The Retail department of Bpost was looking for a project manager to steer a transformation of their retail application in the right direction. All post offices and post points worked on the basis of an application Poststation, which was at the end-of-life. The challenge was to replace it with a new cost-efficient application that manage all work in the network. This entailed the introduction of a new way of working, with new tools to support the employees. A new interpretation of the layout of the office and the counter function within bpost would be necessary.
Conducting an innovation audit to measure the innovative power of MediaMarkt Wilrijk on the basis of 7 innovation domains; Research into the services of the store (problems, supply, sales); Evaluation of the experience in the pavilions and possible ideas / proposals around this; Working on the theme of tablet sales and omnichannel approach.
