Job Description:
Are you passionate about language and have an impeccable American accent? ********** is seeking a Linguistic Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will train our chatbot system to provide a seamless conversation experience to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide linguistic expertise and guidance to train the chatbot system.
- Ensure accurate, natural, and culturally relevant responses to U.S. users.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance chatbot performance.
- Maintain linguistic resources and participate in quality assurance testing.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in any field (required).
- Excellent command of English with a native American accent.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
