Who we are:

We are wood trading and production company with warehouses based in Moscow. We co-operate with more than 30 different producers of wooden planned products from Siberia (Siberian Larch products) and more than 35 from Northern European part of Russia (for spruce and pine products). Close co-operation with producers allows us to collect products at our warehouses and then distribute products on the stable basis, besides seasonality and other “production circumstances” factors. We serve many DIY markets in Russia such as Leroy Merlin, Castorama and many others. We supply our products to the European Union markets such as Italy, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

What we have in mind:

At the current moment we have an idea for more expansion to the European market and specially Benelux countries, because our products traditionally well-known and widely used in these countries, we can offer quite good range of products, at competitive prices.

What we need:

We need marketing agency or consultancy firm with reasonable pricing to:

- To find potential clients on the market (we give all needed information to narrow the search, products description and etc.)
- To establish first contact with potential client in native clients language
- To organize meetings with clients and support during the meetings (it would be better to organize meetings in one week, therefore I can come for one or two weeks to make as many as possible visits)

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for trading companies which sells planned products from spruce, pine and Siberian larch. These companies should be already in this business with similar products. These companies should have warehouse. Existence of warehouse is important because it means that company accumulates different products from different suppliers or from different shipments and then sells it to retail customer (do-it-yourself), or to construction workers.

In the attached file you can find products which we trade, in English. Also we find these products in Dutch. And also we find some examples of companies in Dutch, that absolutely fit to what we look for. Some of them, already are trading pine/spruce (the most popular ones) and some deal with Siberian Larch, some of them are not working with our species of wood but they do work with products of similar application (such as decking and cladding) but in other species. Who we are NOT looking for:

We are dealing with ready-to-use (finished) products in pine, spruce and Siberian Larch. We do not trade any kind of raw material such as logs, unedged boards, square edged boards, green or kiln-dried boards and etc. This remark is very important because nowadays the supply chain looks the following to Benelux market.

Timber cutting in Russia - Sawmill in Russia - Unedged/square edged boards in Russia - Drying in Russia - Boards are exported to the European market (mainly Germany) - then the whole production process takes place in Germany and then German planning companies distribute their products all over the Europe.

In our case, all production steps are made in Russia. Our production plants are situated nearby timber cutting areas, the planning is also done nearby “raw material”. Therefore we do not need to transport sawdust/waste (up to 30% is lost, during planning process) to European part of Russia, that saves a lot on transportation costs. Because we do everything right near “resources” and thereby save up to 30% on transportation, our prices for finished goods are competitive and supplies are more quickly.
