Over the years, I acquired broad legal skills with a focus on European Law, data protection matters (CIPP/EU certified), compliance matters (deontology & ethics, avoidance of market manipulation, independence of administrators…), and commercial contract negotiations.
Furthermore, I have solid project management and business re-processing experience with the objective of optimizing processes and systems.
The past 7 years I have managed large size BackOffice departments of up to 50 people in the financial sector. In this regard, I dealt with restructurings, change management, complex and overhead reduction projects, insurance portfolio optimization, and legal compliance projects (e.g. GDPR).
