Today I'm Director Customer Operations and Digital Transformation at Dun & Bradstreet Altares. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, I spent almost 16 years at Selligent. As consultant, project manager, service director and customer success director I implemented CRM and Marketing Automation systems at startups, medium sized and large companies. Amongst many other successful projects are Akzo Nobel, T-Mobile, Samsung and Zalando.
Along the road I also successfully co-founded 2 SaaS startups: Funkytime in 2016 and ************ in 2018.
