Exactly one year ago I stepped into a new world. After waving my ExxonMobil colleagues goodbye, I started a new adventure as a freelance/ad interim manager.
Since then, I had the opportunity to support AAtechnics in their endeavour to grow their business and set up an organisation structure, develop processes and introduce governance and stewardship. It was a great first experience in which I also gained valuable experience in EV Charging infrastructure, IIOT and SaaS software.
