With an extensive background as telecoms sales director, I advised MNCs in their global telecom strategy as general manager/founder of the consulting firm Clarity (from 2013 until 2016). In this roll we also directed enterprises (mainly multinationals) in the procurement of strategic telecom-related OPEX services which started by research of the solutions/business requirements, writhing the Request for Information/Proposal, the evaluation of suppliers, vendor meetings, until contract negotiation en agreement.
From the beginning of 2016 I led Allinq Infra4all Belgium as general manager where projects were awarded only trough a bid process.
Thus in addition to my role as general manager and sales expert, I am also a buying of strategic services that knows how to press the right buttons from different angles, i.e. customer, supplier and manufacturer.
