Frederik is a very service and solution oriented professional. As an interface and mediator between customers, consultants and contractors, he is specialized in analyzing the needs and requirements; translating this into business. Frederik is involved in I(C)T for more than 25 years, which allows him to familiarize with a wide range of technical areas. This knowledge and expertise enables him to quickly understand the I(C)T requirements, and to adapt to the different level of stakeholders. He masters the Dutch, French and English languages fluently, and has more than 7 years of experience doing direct business with the EU Institutions, which allows Frederik to be a successful partner for national and international customers.

• Experienced in managing international customers (Europe, Africa, …), respecting the contractual agreements.
• Passionate about business development, contract management and talent acquisition.
• Understands and knows very well the world of I(C)T.
• Adapts easily to new or unknown situations and environments.
• Enjoys learning continuously and always willing to get certified if required.
• Can work individually as well as in a team and can take decisions in stressful situations.
