• Analyse business requirements and translate these into improvements that can be applied to the Jobat platform, the largest jobs platform in Belgium. • Lead all projects that are related to the digital development of Jobat. Make sure that timing and priorities are respected. • Continuously analyse our website, perform market research, and optimize our platform. • Write specifications and create wireframes for every digital development idea.
• Lead all projects that are related to the e-games and the portal from which they’re bought. • Set up the year planning and manage launches (launch new e-games, review existing e-games, review or create new KPI's, ...). • Coordinate the entire production process of new e-games (coordinating with design agency, writing specifications, create and validate copy documents, coach developers, ...). • Analyse incoming data in search for missed opportunities. • Set up the long term e-games product strategy. • Brief internal and external partners about the status of the portfolio.
