In January 2022 the former CEO left ARTOOS. Upon the request of the shareholders I took up the role of general manager ad interim in order to provide the necessary continuity while in parallel a structural solution was being elaborated. Beside continuity my ad interim role mainly focused on coping with the current energy crisis & supply chain challenges. Due to unexpected long term absence of the HR manager I was acting HR manager in close collaboration with our partners (Acerta, Randstad, Adecco,..) & remaining HR team (0,5 FTE) in order to guarantee HR continuity
Being part of the board of directors, the main goal was to implement a new strategic vision combined with a full reorganization. As COO of Artoos group I was full accountable for the production/delivery department (150 FTE) and acting DPO (data protection officer) for the entire group

Team consisting of 80 consultants (payroll & freelancers), mainly focused on .net custom development, MS Dynamics, O365, SharePoint and MS PPM. Services provided: staffing, solutions, and support.
