Years ago, a software developer (even a senior), could focus on one tech-stack and one
programming language. Today, a responsive, high scalable and cost effective solution,
requires more technology diversity and multiple programming languages.
In my 20+ years of SW development in many diverse roles, I worked with many
technologies. Started with C++ and Java and then moved to the first version of C# and
it’s very first .Net framework. Worked many years in the MS stack up to senior software
architect roles. Stepped into cloud developments in 2015, starting in MS Azure and the last
couple of years also AWS and a few GCP services.
