Project example: Google Data Centre (32MV), South of Belgium, Total Investment Cost: €450M, 2013-2016 - Source a local architect to work in collaboration with the main A&E company based in Dublin and establish a partnership between the two companies - Support to permitting process including meeting local authorities and public utilities providers and organising a public project presentation to the neighbours - Procurement: support to the contract managers’ team based in Dublin, market research on potential local subcontractors, contacts with the sales forces of these companies, support to the prequalification process - Industrial Relations: declaration of works, workers checking management, audit of international workers and sub-contracting chain as well as relations with local authorities.
