Key individual accountabilities are: - Institutionalize product data quality throughout the corporation via the definition and implementation of a MDM framework - Steer a team of Data Stewards covering all geographies and business units - Accountable for master data process improvements - Report metrics to MD Executive Sponsors and Data Governance Council - Ensure overall compliance with corporate Master Data Policies - Remain current with MD best practices and develops annual improvement plans - Privileged IT stakeholder to solidify Brady's data models - Develop and defend business cases for master data solutions
As European Master Data Manager at Brady I'm responsible for the development, formulation and implementation of Master Data concepts, strategies and programs to support the needs and goals of the European Brady Businesses, such as: improve safety, exceed quality and delivery expectations, reduce operating costs, reduce inventory, realize growth, and drive overall productivity. As the Master Data driving force I'm engaging, influencing, training and mentoring people at all levels throughout the EU organization in Brady Business Performance Systems (BBPS) core skills and tools (Process mapping, Problem Solving Techniques, …) concerning Master Data interactions, challenges and opportunities.
